Terms of Use – Dance AI: Video Generator

Welcome to Dance AI: Video Generator, a mobile artificial intelligence video and image transformation technology application developed and operated by JAI UYGULAMA VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. By accessing or using the Dance AI: Video Generator mobile application (“Dance AI: Video Generator”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Dance AI: Video Generator is an AI-powered multimedia tool that allows users to upload photos or videos and generate AI-driven visual outputs, including but not limited to AI-generated dance videos, face-swapped media, image animations, and various artistic transformations.

• The App provides AI-generated previews based on user inputs such as uploaded media, selected styles, or motion templates.
• All outputs are generated for personal, non-commercial use only and are intended for creative, entertainment, and visualization purposes.
• The App does not provide professional choreography, legal, or identity-related advice.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App operates on a credit-based system that includes auto-renewable subscriptions, introductory/discounted promotional offers, and one-time consumable credit purchases.

Subscriptions & Promotional Offers

Users may access limited features for free. To generate AI content (videos or images), users must use credits. Credits and access can be obtained via the following subscription plans and promotional packages:

• Weekly Pack Intro (Introductory Offer): $7.99 / week – May include an introductory trial or introductory pricing structure.
• Weekly Pack (Standard Subscription): $14.99 / week
• Yearly Pack Offer (Special Promotional Offer): $29.99 / year
• Yearly Pack (Standard Subscription): $59.99 / year

Consumable Credits (In-App Purchases)

The App also offers one-time consumable credit packages for immediate use:

• Starter Pack: $9.99 – Contains 50 credits
• Standard Pack: $24.99 – Contains 250 credits
• Studio Pack: $79.99 – Contains 1000 credits

Unused consumable credits do not expire unless otherwise stated. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and are strictly non-transferable.

Free Trial, Intro Offers & Subscription Billing

• Introductory Offers & Free Trials: If a free trial or introductory pricing offer is provided and not cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the promotional period, the subscription will automatically transition to or renew at the specified recurring subscription rate.
• Billing: Payment is charged directly to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage, change, or cancel subscriptions through their App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

The App does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are processed and handled by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their respective purchase and refund policies.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dance AI: Video Generator generates visual and motion content using artificial intelligence. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated results may vary and may not always be accurate, realistic, or meet specific aesthetic expectations.
• Outputs are creative visualizations and previews; they do not guarantee real-life physical capability, perfect motion synchronization, or technical perfection.
• The App is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

4. User Content & Permissions

By uploading photos, videos, or other media content to the App, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the explicit legal right and consent to use it (including the explicit consent of any individuals appearing in the uploaded media).
• The content does not violate any laws, rights of publicity, or third-party intellectual property rights.
• You grant the App a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process uploaded content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the AI generation service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual media, or misleading content intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate others.
• Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, its source code, or its underlying AI models.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure, servers, or security mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI architectures, original templates, software, logos, and branding within the App are owned by JAI UYGULAMA VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Advertising & Analytics

Dance AI: Video Generator may use third-party tools for analytics, marketing attribution, subscription management, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to:

• Adapty: Subscription management, in-app purchase validation, and revenue tracking
• AppsFlyer: Marketing attribution and campaign analytics
• Google & Apple SDKs: Analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and billing processing
• Advertising Networks: Such as Meta (Facebook Ads) and Google Ads

These services may collect non-personally identifiable data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their respective privacy practices.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated;
• Misuse, illegal activity, or abuse of the App's services is detected;
• Required by legal obligation, security concerns, or technical reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JAI UYGULAMA VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App or its AI outputs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
